MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

A man found dead in the bed of a shot in the neck. Frank, the police handling the case, suspects that he has killed a woman. A partner who deals with an identical case coincides with his theory. The two victims had since being announced in verse on a contact magazine. A little later, another man, who also published a similar announcement in the same journal, dies the same way as the other two. Obviously there is only one way to get to the criminal: verse advertise in the magazine.
