MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

The veteran Lt. Somerset, the homicide department, is about to retire and be replaced by the ambitious and impulsive detective David Mills. Both will have to even collaborate in solving a series of murders committed by a psychopath which is based on the relationship of the seven deadly sins: gluttony, sloth, pride, greed, envy, lust and anger. The bodies of the victims, on which the murderer preys and shamelessly, to become somewhat an enigma cops force them to travel to the horror and utter barbarism.
