MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

In late 1973, a group of students from the International School Monte Alto decided to hold a party in the former premises of the school, closed at the end of the previous year due to deterioration of the building. They had no trouble accessing the old school and the party started as planned. But the peace did not last. A strange watchman hired by the management to prevent the occupation of the building decided to have a little fun at the expense of the young. The party ended in slaughter. The guard was never found by the police. Twenty years later, another six boys choose the abandoned building to celebrate their special prom party. All are oblivious to the crimes contained in his past .. all but one.
