MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

A group of teenagers who start college just found the solution to their housing problem: An abandoned mansion even have electricity. However, the basement of the home hides an unexpected secret marijuana plantation. The boys decide to make some money peddling her. But the owner of the drug appears and claim what is theirs. Students get scared and locked the man in the basement. Gradually, the situation is complicated, reaching a breaking point in which some lives are at risk.
