MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1974 film?

Sonny Chiba returns in this sequel to The Street Fighter. This time, Takuma " Terry" Tsurugi is hired by Japanese mobster, Otaguro, to some extent murdering two employees also are reporting this to the police. However, when Terry Otaguro orders to kill his old friend Masaoka, Terry is rejected and it flees. But here not just problems for Terry as their eternal enemy Junjo has returned to finish it.
