MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

Six patients have escaped from the leprosarium of San Lazaro in Santo vs. the Riders of Terror. Galloping on their horses, they come to a small town to thereby create panic among its residents, fearful of contagion. Although the items are even organized to find them, will require the presence of Santo, the Silver Masked so that riders find fear and tranquility again.
