MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Based on the life of José Luis Sánchez Besa, famous and unknown pilot and aircraft builder Chilean resident in Paris in the early twentieth century. Sanchez Besa was an inveterate bohemian who incidentally will self-exile in Paris because of an unfortunate fact of blood in which will be involved. Major player in the global aviation early, develop a fruitful friendship with Alberto Santos Dumont, father of global aviation, and actively participate in the Brazilian first flight in 1906, so it will be one of the forerunners of the hydroplane as well one of the first, if not the first, to use steel sections in building their airplanes ? ?
