MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Joseph goes to visit his dying father in a train where both the landscape through the windows and passengers in apparent trance, and the actual condition of the vehicle up a scenario that is beyond reason. Feeling that remains after arrival at the hospital where his father is admitted, as the curious structure of the building together with its extreme decline does not meet expectations designed for facilities dedicated to health care. Nor reassures the conversation with the doctor who cares for his father. The methods used resemble says the fantasies of a lunatic.
