MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

Sakura Wars puts us in Japan during the year 1926, the fifteenth year of the reign of Emperor Taisho. In Tokyo, after an apparent bright magnificent world, there is a dark reality inhabited by mutant monsters, the Kouma. The fight against these lies with Imperial Troops Battle. The so-called Teikoku Kagekidan, a secret organization formed for fight against the forces of darkness. Surprisingly, its members are a collection of charming girls, who even in daylight, and glamorous leading a double life as actresses in the theater of the Imperial Opera.
