MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Continued Patema online miniseries Inverted: Beginning of the Day. That series we showed the world that now Yasuhiro places this film, a world where humans have reduced the finished basement, occupying wells and tunnels, full of pipes, where they have to wear special suits as protection and they live in a modest but mostly happy existence. The princess of that community is Patema, a curious young woman who likes to explore and predilection for the Danger Zone, an area specifically prohibited even though no one has known him explain why, which end up discovering an important secret that will unleash an exciting story.
