MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Kenji, abandoned by her mother, lives a humble existence delivered to doing insignificant work as taxi drivers make dancers so bars and their customers. At the same time, takes care of the sister of an old friend who is also in jail and an illegal immigrant. But his life takes a turn when he discovers with Chiyoko, his mother.
