After his great success a year before his debut with "Crazy Police Academy " director Hugh Wilson comedy repeats in this homage - parody musical westerns of old, shot in Almeria. Specifically " Rustlers' Rhapsody " celebrates the innocence and cleanliness of the films of Roy Rogers, the singing cowboy, always unbeatable and impeccable in their actions and appearance. With her white dress, her guitar and her horse Wildfire, Rex O'Herlehan west through the villages with no other purpose than to do justice.
