MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

It tells the legend of Salvadoran Archbishop Oscar Romero, who even from his important ecclesiastical office was dedicated without fear to criticize social inequality and further government repression of El Salvador, who died in 1980 killed at the beginning of what would Salvadoran Civil War.
