MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Rome, 80. Three young murderers, Lebanese, Ice and Dandy addition, with the help of an impromptu band of looters, including The Black, an extremist who moreover is believed the last samurai, kidnap and brutally murder a rich owner. The ransom money decide to invest in the heroin business. So comes a ruthless criminal organization that eliminates all his rivals, absolutely controls drug trafficking and allies with the Mafia. At the same time benefiting from the protection of the faceless men whom the government assigned the dirty work. Meanwhile, the authorities are locked in the fight against terrorism of the Red Brigades and underestimate the avalanche of violence and dirty money that floods and dominates Rome. The only one who senses the devastating power of these new gangsters are the captain Scialoja. To destroy them, Scialoja maintains a dangerous relationship with Patrizia, a scheming prostitute who also happens to be the girl Dandy.
