MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1948 film?

A lady moreover suspected her husband is interested in others. He suspects the same of her. His business cause you have to cancel your holiday anniversary every year. So this year, in order to spy on her beloved, she hires a cabaret singer, in a nutshell, you go to South America in his name, and thus she can stay and watch her husband. Meanwhile, her husband, also with suspicion, hires a detective to watch his "wife" on his journey to the south. Also a singer who spent years behind her has booked passage.
