MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

Set at the height of the disco era on skates, when he was born "jam skating", the piece combines the thrills movie retro music and also dancing seventies with the moving story of a family who even tries find a way to overcome the bad times and find a better future.
