MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

An ill-fated try to capture a wishing celebrity as a present for their parents leads Rolie and Zowie into a musical outer space venture that brings a pair of lost twins into their everyday lives inside multicolored robotic family members' 2nd feature-length outing. The infant bots have accidentally left their dwelling, a fantasy foster home more akin to entertainment park than organization. Whenever Rolie and Zowie bring the misplaced children back to their house earth, dad and mum are prepared to stop trying the Family Fun Day Parade to find the "mothership." The intergalactic road trip results in the development that the infants need an excellent adoptive house. The parents offer verbal agreement (no red tape or excessive fees here!) and it is home over time for the parade in this sweetly unjaded 68-minute film from the people at Disney Playhouse.
