MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1964 film?

Years 30. During the Great Depression, the gangster Robbo, which dominates the north of Chicago, waiting to seize power from his rival Guy Gisborne. Robbo himself is considered the last Robin Hood: swindling wealthy, philanthropic business using as cover and then to keep a share of the profits, the rest distributed among the poor.
