MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1914 film?

Rip Van Winkle, a lazy American man, wanders off one day with his dog Wolf to the Kaatskill hills where he runs into an odd group of men consuming and playing bowls. He drinks a few of their mystical brew and passes out. When he wakes up under a tree he's amazed to find that 20 years have actually passed away and things are a whole lot different. That is a charming story about how exactly America changed due to the cival war, just in another and more subtle means than ever told before.
