MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1981 film?

USA, 40. Merry Noel and Liz Hamilton, close friends since college, where they had sealed a pact of fidelity, are separated when Merry was home. Veinteños then, Merry has become the prototype of the bourgeois lady, mother and homemaker, Liz, in contrast, is a writer of true intellectual prestige.
