MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Bucharest, 1911. Most people do not believe in the future of this carnival ride, and less outside the theater. A new art form breaks on the planet: the movies. Ursache Grigore is a film director, and whiz kid of 19, pampered, arrogant and in an ongoing war with his father. Leon Negrescu is a feudal lord in a bourgeois society, with the reputation of a crazy patrons, moreover sure his divine mission is to save the Romanian culture. Grigore's talent and money of Leon are joined in this way to invent a piece of cinema, the reconstruction of the war of 1877 between the Romanians and Turks, when Romania became independent. Selected by Romania as a candidate for the Oscar for best foreign language film.
