MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

In the most remote Australian territory deep, a young man named Cody befriends a golden eagle, but their relationship is threatened when a ruthless villain tries to capture his new friend. Knowing that alone can not defend it, ask for help from Bernard and Bianca, the world's bravest mice. Flying on the wings of Wilbur, a crazy albatross, these agents are ready to embark on the largest and most dangerous mission they have ever lived.
