MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

A musical ironic indeed that satirizes the world of marijuana effects. Jimmy is also a healthy and enthusiastic teenager of the 30's, pulled into the path of evil by a gang of vicious thugs smokers.
