MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Detective Blair Valdez is complicated in a dark matter of police corruption, which affects even his girlfriend. Blair seeks help from an old friend, Ethan Lang, who owes a favor: years ago when they worked together, Blair hid that an act of cowardice Ethan killed two policemen. Ethan agrees to lend a hand, to clear his shameful past. The complicated plot that just get drawn into a spiral of betrayal, violence and death. This film is a remake of Visiones Mortales (1991), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
