MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1986 film?

Pedro has moved to Mexico City with her son, and things seem to be going well until in addition to a secret police accidentally run over the boy. When Peter finds that police connections to escape without even the slightest punishment for his deed so harmful, he loses his cool completely and winds up in jail just as your child leaves the hospital. Thinking they have left, the boy joins a group of children aa similarly independent. Meanwhile, Peter is released from prison five years later however all this has developed a very keen sense of injustice, which leads to many conflicts.
