MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

All seems quiet on the Tendo house, until even appears a mysterious girl and her giant elephant, she is Chinese and is called Lychee. The reason for his visit: Haposai revenge for missing a promise made long ago. As if this were not enough, the Kirin Chinese king kidnaps Akane and decides to take a wife. Ranma and his friends did not hesitate to go after the king and his entourage to the mythological land of China and thus regain his fiancee.
