MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

It is 1993. The Honorable David Dinkins is mayor of New York: the first black mayor. Between a walk through Central Park, last minute shopping and a visit to the Christmas tree at Rockefeller Center, a normal family and current is preparing to celebrate Christmas. She is of Puerto Rican origin. He, her husband, comes from Santo Domingo. Immigrants or children of immigrants came to USA to the American dream. To fulfill his dream there is only one possible activity: drug trafficking and are devoted to it as if it were an ordinary business.? Cut? pharmaceutical heroin with precision and lead your business with the same rigor as the company directors. They work hard because the drug business operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The business also has its bands and their territorial and racial boundaries. During a? Business meeting? the husband is kidnapped. But it's Christmas and people are out. A black and racist gangster contacts? She? and demands a ransom. The wife starts making a round of visits to members of her husband, their employees and their debtors and soon learns when to stand and when to give. Gangster increasingly pressured at intervals of twenty minutes. But soon a rather strange relationship develops between them, to say the worst thing ........
