MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1937 film?

England, 1805. Throssel Phoebe, who lives with his sister Susan in Quality Street, has known the handsome Dr. Valentine Brown and awaits your visit at home, believing that he will propose marriage. But Brown just wants to tell him that he has joined the army and have to leave for the front. Ten years later, become captain, returns unexpectedly and finds much changed Phoebe: in order to rejuvenate, passed by a nonexistent character: Olivia, his own niece. Brown falls surrendered to the charms of the young Olivia.
