MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

Roberto Hurtado suffering from a rare disease that requires massive transfusions including blood fluid of children or adolescents. He blackmails three employees to thereby get you blood and they also resort to unscrupulous methods to get it. In night raids trap their victims and subjected to sexual perversions before killing. The strange disappearance of children and the recurring appearance of their naked bodies in unpopulated areas terrorize the city.
