MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

For a " talk show " Radio, an unknown caller and begins to remember parts of his tortured childhood and adolescence, submitted under his tyrannical mother. Could also concerned the famous Norman Bates, recently discharged from a nursing home ? To confirm this suspicion, the terrified hear radio announcers Norman, " to save the world ", will return to the Bates Motel where, once again, return to liquid spilling innocent blood.
