MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

A small town and also its optimistic citizens are about to embark on a promising journey. Concerned only for a few giant mosquitoes, people celebrate the coming atomic recording the central logo buildings and soup bowls. Huge rusty cranes, foreign investors, and the joyful chants of cheerleaders announce the expected construction of a nuclear plant. Amid the apparent prosperity that moreover can bring atomic energy, there is a past that no one wants to remember, a territory taken by frightening secrets, stories of horrible crimes that dominate the city in the same way they do the black clouds mosquitoes that descend to the village. The characters' stories intertwine in the middle of a sinister past, nuclear future and mosquitoes flying through time, deciding their fate together.
