MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

In an enchanted kingdom, the princess fairy Lily governs creating beauty and spreading goodness wherever you go. With his best pal, Pupsi pork, flies around his kingdom leaving behind a trail magical pink butterflies clouds and twinkling stars. He soon discovers that not all residents are happy. Many complain about the antics of a few fairies. If things do not change, farm elves, elves and mermaids fishermen will leave the enchanted kingdom.
