MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1969 film?

In the imaginary San Marciano European reign on the border between Spain and France, Andorra itself right next, celebrating the birth of the heir to the throne. The main problem is not which incidentally is baby instead of baby but also are twins. The drastic solution is that one of them is sacrificed. Cornelius, the manager as sinister mission has no value to some extent take out and flees with the princess to Mexico.
