MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1992 film?

Detective Chief Inspector Jane Tennison is now a hate crime charged. The body of a teenage black lady is recently discovered in a region convulsed by police brutality and now also discovered wrapped in a major campaign. His research is hampered by the hostility of the local population, and the clumsy methods of some of his subordinates and irresponsible journalists. Can he solve the case before a race riot breaks out ? His task is complicated when a former lover is assigned as his subordinate. This movie is part of the Prime Suspect saga (1991, 1992, 1993, 1995, 1995, 1995, 1996, 2003, 2006).
