MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1941 film?

James Stewart plays harmonica in a small band intends to act in a radio program, but no means to rehearse in a studio, so I have to settle it on the roof of a pension, whose owner has a daughter that James is in love. The situation is complicated when a tycoon's complaint because his music bothers you, the worst thing is that the tycoon is a sponsor of the radio show in which the band wants to act.
