MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

Jean, nicknamed Fabius the Reckless, is a circus acrobat whose act involves riding a motorcycle on a near vertical, the Wall of Death. Tired of his girlfriend, Martha decides to murder her. One night, he shows a picture of a woman who appears to Martha but is actually another person, Lucienne. A well-known producer, decides to take revenge by persuading Lucienne Jean to perform an act which was never consummated deadly.
