MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

Lassard commander and his ragtag group of police officers are assigned to the complex mission to stop a gang of swindlers banks and jewelry stores that have terrorized the town. The band, formed by three criminals, mafia whose success is inversely proportional to their intelligence, they are also the bane of Captain Harris, with the commander, wont stop to stop the theft ultimately responsible, the evil Mr. Big. This movie is part of the Police Academy saga (1988, 1989, 1989, 1994).
