MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Second installment of the famous Japanese game. Ash Ketchum, Pokémon and his friends arrive on the island of Shamouti, and there will become the protagonists of a chronic reincarnated, the balance of nature represented by the three powerful birds Moltres, Zapdos and Articuno.
