MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

In a magical water city full of canals and mazes, Ash, Pikachu and the rest of the gang will face a couple of crafty crooks who plan to steal an awesome and dangerous jewel guarded Latios and Latias. To get to save the city from total destruction, our heroes must defeat this diabolical partner and overcome enormous obstacles. But time is running against !. Fifth piece of cinema based on the popular video game series "Pokémon". This movie is part of the Pokémon saga (1998, 1999, 1999, 2000, 2000, 2002, 2002, 2007).
