MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Celebi must escape an evil Pokemon Hunter past, this must use what little energy he had left and travel through time to the present. Celebi, Ash, Pikachu and the rest of the band will have to face an enemy far stronger than the hunter fleeing. The weapon of this new enemy is a " Poke Ball " which transforms the Pokémon it captures into demons and other terrible creatures. Celebi is captured and the fate of the entire forest is under threat from hunters.
