MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Black comedy set in a Welsh village. When I was a shy teenager, Boris Plotz dreamed of dancing with Betty. Betty loved him, but, unable to contradict the wishes of their parents, she married Hugh Rhys Jones gold digger. Boris then took charge of the funeral home business. Since then the boredom and routine life presided over both. But, when they met to organize the funeral of her mother, revived the passion of his youth. Meanwhile, the funeral arouses the jealousy of rival funeral director, an extraordinary American, decided to revolutionize the business with the novelty of the funeral " theme ". Meanwhile, Boris and Betty can not stand still married to a guy who is cheating with such Meredith. Then, the two agree to implement a plan that will achieve happiness.
