MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Wuhan is a city in China the size of London, where he carried out an experiment in democracy. Evergreen Elementary School, third class learns what democracy is when you make a decision to choose the class monitor. Three children are chosen by the teacher as candidates and have a few days to campaign and convince their classmates to vote for them. Candidates are small at school and home, where their parents do everything they can to ensure that your child will win the elections.
