MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Herroll Piotr's family, exiled from Nacrovia, lives in Santiago de Chile. The teenager Piotr is ordered to find work. A friend said that the Chilean state subsidizes artists, then conceived a play about the chronicle of his unknown country. This leads to many problems: Chilean actors should have little concerned about the meaning of his opus. Also, naturalization papers is unreliable. And the language problem will result in a series of confusions that will change and the work.
