MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Tex a kosher butcher who meets the precepts of the Jewish religion, he discovers that his wife is cheating on him with the sheriff and, in a fit of jealousy, kills. Cut the body into pieces and takes them to the Mexican border, but loses a hand along the way. An old blind hand encounters, hits his head and miraculously regains his sight. Soon, thousands of people make the pilgrimage to the parish to venerate the miraculous hand of the "Virgin ". But the village priest, who is in love with the local prostitute, he senses that the origin of the hand is more gruesome than virgin.
