MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

The story starts one night in which Eva argues with his only son, who died minutes later appears on a nearby park. She sees escape the place boy best friend who points out as the culprit fueling a deadly hatred. In her grief, he meets Tomas, a Spanish who ? ? Through a classified - insistently calls for breed your dog Bandit, Basset Hound breed with Stephanie, the flirtatious Eva mascot.
