MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1948 film?

A boy belonging to a working class family, has a dream to be " crack" football. Every day with friends playing with a ball of cloth, to get a leather achieve, later found with the "kids " in the neighborhood the Sacachispas Fobal C. When big, the child actually becomes a football star, but illness prevented him from continuing and should be withdrawn.
