MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

André, a young biology teacher originally from Tirana, began working on a school of a remote village in the Albanian mountains. She discovers that in addition the director is dedicated, mostly, to a slogan attributed to each class diplomat. Watching the reaction of his students, André understands that between " live the revolutionary spirit " and " American imperialism is a paper tiger " should you choose the shorter slogan because, teacher and students, at the cost of exhausting work have to carve letters in stone and placed in order on the slopes of the mountain. The " diplomatic duties " Encompasses the unexpected and comic leitmotif of life of the people and will lead to a love story between André and French teacher, Diana. Under the supervision of party secretary paranoid the slightest rumor and trivial rivalry between members acquires tragicomic character. But only with the preparations for the arrival of a diplomatic dignitary reveal the height of absurdity of the Albanian dictatorship of the 80s.
