MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1924 film?

The night watchman of the Eiffel Tower, after a night of work, Paris is totally empty, baffled, explore the streets and discover a few paralyzed people as if they had been frozen. Shortly after, find a set of travelers from Marseille who have flown in that morning. Together, they continue the vain search for individuals on the move.
