MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

As the law has been unable to take the players and bookies Miami, who are under the leadership of the Greek Parapolis, Admiral O'Connor declares war against gambling, taking Johnny Firpo as his best weapon. Johnny has a half brother, Charlie, now trucker, however old player who worked for Parapolis. His father, Mike, card player left to the boys and their mothers, though not before he taught all his tricks Charlie game. Johnny asks for help, but he did not want to return to the planet of the game. Johnny is cheating on him saying that Mike is going blind and needs an expensive operation, and what better way to earn money through the game ? Charlie teaches Johnny knows the tricks of the game and Puppa, an attractive young man in love with Johnny also decides to help telling Parapolis operations. Will the brothers band disarticulated clandestine gamblers ?
