MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

Francis and his sister Monique are two swindlers who even live in the Riviera. But one night things do not go as planned and the alleged defrauded happens to be a thief who needs a buddy to thereby carry out the kidnapping of the daughter of a millionaire.
